Professional Cleaver Knife, Damascus Steel Cleaver

My only issue with this cleaver knife is that I did not purchase it sooner. Super sharp, absolutely beautiful in appearance, and I now use it for everything. Well worth the money (and the wait for delivery).

SO my boyfriend loves to make his own dog food. So he put them on this raw diet and he had a hard time cutting up raw chicken bones with the cheapo knife set he bought. So I got him this cleaver. He loves it. It cuts right through and he even cut his finger once grabbing for it and misjudging the length of the blade and where the handle starts because he was trying to multitask and is not so great at it. Wonder how long before the blade will dull, but great price, hope the sharpness lasts a good while. He says he loves the weight of it when slicing and just loves it.

Easy to hold and sharp enough

This knife works as it should. I wouldnt use it to regularly chop through bones, but it had no issues cutting up chicken that was being prepared for grilling. The effort required for that job was minimal. See the attached video for more info and to see this knife in action. Giving this 5-stars mainly because it's inexpensive and worked as well as expected. There ARE way better knives out there, but at a much higher price point which is why this is still getting 5 stars.

This thing is a beast! I honestly wasn't sure what to expect in a cleaver knife. I'm amazed at the quality of this knife for the price point. I liked it so much I had to go buy another couple of knives. I can highly, highly recommend this one!
