- How Can I Track My Order?

- How do I find my Order ID?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. It will contain all the details you need about your order including your order ID starting with "#11....".

In case you didn't get your confirmation email, kindly check your spam folder. Otherwise, our customer support team will gladly assist you.

 

- Can I change my shipping addresses?

In order to optimize for the best delivery time for you, your orders are automatically fulfilled within the following 24 hours of your purchase. That said, we will not be able to change your delivery address after confirming your order.

To ensure the best delivery times for My Chef Knife's customers. My Chef Knife works with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you. 

This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra peace of mind.

Our delivery time takes 7-14 days to the United Kingdom. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!

We will not keep you waiting, all your orders are fulfilled within the following 24H of your purchase where they are processed and dispatched within a few 24-48 Hours.

 

- Shipping Rules & Restrictions :

You can only add one address per order.

If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place multiple orders.

There may be a slight delay in your shipping during holidays, only due to the overload capacity of your local postal service.

You might receive your order in separate parcels depending on which warehouse the item is located in.

 

-Lost or non delivered items :

For your lost or undelivered items, our team will be there to assist you. Kindly contact our help center to assist you and get your parcels.

 

- Stolen Items: what if I never received the item?

If your tracking number shows that your product is delivered, and you didn't find it. We suggest that you contact your local authorities or post services. We regret to say that we are not responsible for stolen items, in such a case.
