An efficient cooking knife Chopping the vegetables for salads (especially carrots) has become so much easier. I can dice them into much smaller cube-like pieces, which I was never able to do with a smaller knife. Having handled only much smaller knife in the past, and being a novice in the kitchen, I was a bit intimidated at first, but once I tried this knife I felt at ease. I also used this to slice a watermelon and pineapple- the large size made sliding it around the circumference much easier. Next time, I will try slice the cake I baked for family.
