This beast of a Bone Chopper arrived sharp, very sharp, which surprised me. We'll see how it fares over the next few months but I expect a lifetime of use. It's already the best pizza slicer I've ever owned.
This is heavy. Very heavy. Be prepared. It does what it does.
Bone Chopper is heavy and it has an excellent wooden handle. I use it for cutting chicken thighs and it cut through them easily. It is heavy and the weight helps with the force. The blade is very sharp and it's easy to cut through the chicken with a slicing motion. I follow Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) diet and I buy chicken with skin on it. The skin is the fattiest part and I struggled in the past to cut them into smaller pieces. It is much easier now with this Bone Chopper. The price is very affordable.
