Damascus 67 Santoku Knife 18cm / 7in

It’s always a risk buying online and I was dreading that these knives would be all style and no substance but they’re lovely quality; feel great in the hand; heavy enough but really well weighted. My grown up sons will be delighted with them which makes me happy. Highly recommend this company who also have a very efficient customer care dept who quickly noticed my address was incomplete and contacted me to ensure delivery was made promptly x

I am so happy with this knife so far. It came packaged really nicely, in a nice box. So far, I am really thrilled with this one. The knife seems to be of great quality, between the construction, the quality of the materials, the sharpness of the blade, the weight, and the comfort of it in my hand. I am interested to see how much and how long it can be used before it needs to be resharpened.

Beautiful execution, a little concerned how long blade will keep it's exceptional sharpness, able to cut paper thin sirloin caps, enhancing what would otherwise be a cheap cut of meat

This knife is fabulous! It's aesthetically please and looks nice on the magnetic knife block we have. The weight is perfect for me or anyone who uses it. The handle shape allows for optimal grip and comfort while in use. The blade came sharp and ready to use. This has sliced easily through tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, chicken, and beef so far with no problems. It has quickly become my favorite go to knife for everything. It feels good in the hand and I feel like I always have good control.

For the price, it's hard to beat this knife. Easy to sharpen the steel. Blade isn't super soft so I don't worry as much about it chipping. Only maintenance, other than sharpening, I do is oiling the handle.
