Santoku Knife

Really bad comms said I would hear writhing 3 days re delivery but I have nothing after 5

I love to cook, and treat all my tools with a lot of respect. I use them a lot, and expect them to hold up. This knife is an excellent addition to my kitchen tools. As noted, it's not real Damascus steel. It's still very high quality steel that really holds an edge, and is very easy to sharpen to a razor's edge. The quality and finish are top-notch, and in terms of functionality, it's every bit as good as knives costing three or four times as much. Hard to go wrong with this product. I may even buy a few as gifts for my culinary-inclined friends.

The presentation of the knife is very good. The quality-price ratio is excellent. It comes pretty sharp from the factory, so you can use it immediately when it arrives. The body feels solid and well balanced. The details and finishes are very good, and it seems resistant to the passage of time. I'll use it quite a bit to check it out. It comes with a magnetic case to protect the edge, a well-presented box and a microfiber cloth. I recommend it!

This knife has exquisite fit and finish. It is incredibly sharp and makes slicing vegetables and meat almost effortless. It comes beautifully boxed this is the type of kitchen tool that makes everything you do with it more enjoyable.
