Feels great good balance good over all knife and sharp

I had never had this brands knife before but read good things about them. The 5.5 inch utility kitchen knife is well balanced, sharp, and easy to handle.

I have small hands for a man , so I like my knives on the smaller side . I have a " Mercer 6" Chef's Knife . " and it's my go to in that category . That said , this little beauty (5.5") is a lovely fit and incredibly sharp and works beautifully for those smaller hands, detail cutting jobs that most bulky ( in my opinion ). It's small , sharp blade and beautiful " hand feel " makes it the one ! VERY pleased with it , you will be too !

This is my first "expensive" knife, and I've found it to be very good. Very sharp, and after a few days use in the kitchen cutting meats, vegetables, and fruits has retained its edge. It feels good to hold and use, not being too heavy overall, or imbalanced towards the blade or handle. Although the handle is a bit slick even when clean and dry, so it might be slippery if it got greasy or wet while being used. It ships in a box that would be nice to wrap or use for storage if you have the space, but also has a sleeve so you can put it in a drawer without worrying about damage or cutting anything. Overall, its functional, looks good, and well deserving of 5-stars.

This knife is almost too beautiful to use. Love the Damascus look. It does a great job in the kitchen, and feels like something a professional would use.
