Utility Knife

Got this knife because of the beautiful design. Once I got it, the knife blew me away. Used it to cut up my steak, which cut through with no effort. One handed barely any pressure cut right through. Amazing knife and beautiful design!

Anything that is made to cut things can be quite fun to test out. This one wound u going home with one of our editors where we compared it side-by-side with a semi-similar style knife (a basic store-bought kitchen knife/block set). With that, we put it to the test against a good roast where it needing to be cut down before and after cooking. This knife was able to cleanly slice through most everything we put it up against where the normal kitchen set alternative knife option gummed up multiple times where the blade just wasn't sharp enough or wasn't fine enough to get the job done (and the set is a few months new). It continued to cut its way through the preparation of the meal to the very end, resulting in a positive impression on those of us involved in this little test.The design of the knife is simple with a mix of something else. The handle is wood with a decorated section between the handle and the blade. It comes with a nice sheath to slide it into during storage as well so you don't cut yourself reaching into a drawer for it (like most of these knives).

I used it last night and it sliced perfect !! Looking to get more from them

Haven't had this knife for very long, but out-of-box it functions well and has very decent balance in the hand. Happy with the sharpness of the knife. Not sure yet how long the blade will hold its sharpness, but so far, so good.
