I have a set of knives for over a decade. Bought this set for my daughter. this knives are super sharp (accidentally sliced a bit of my fingertip without feeling it, only noticed it when there was a red tint in the cabbage I was slicing, so be careful). The sharpness is durable, only need to periodically use a honing steel. The knives are light and easy to handle, but if you're cutting tough items such as an acorn squash, then the heavier knives work better.
